Downloadable content

Hi,

I want my users to download some content from my website but they need to agree to the terms of use before they can continue top the download page.

So I found this link: https://support.themecatcher.net/quform-wordpress/guides/customization/creating-a-terms-agreement-field which its very helpful but now I’ve a question.

is it possible to prevent any direct link downloadable content page? I need to get the user information and they need to agree to the terms of use BEFORE any downloads from my website.
