Drop Down and Radio buttons

Hello and congrats for the great plugin.

I am trying to create a form with radio button options, so the user should select one of the options to continue but i dont see where i can find radio..I have check boxes but those give the ability to choose more than one option so is not really work..

Another issue is on dropdown list i have 2 options but i want a third one preselected to read “Choose” one.. the problem is that the form pass this as a value and allows the user to continue with out the need to make a choice of the other actual options..any ideas?
