Drop Down Menu Height

Hi there,

I have been using your QUFORM for some time and have never had an issue with it up until recently. I have been filling in the options for the Drop Down menu option and the spacing between each option seems to have gone off on a tangent a little.

The above link will take you to the form. If you click on “Chosen Song / Mash Up” the fault with the spacing between the options can clearly be seen. I also attach a picture.

Any help with regards to this would be greatly appreciated.

Interesting that you can’t see it as it can be seen on mine and other peoples computers. I have it duplicating the same problem whilst running on Safari 7.0.5 and Google Chrome. I have also checked it out on other computers (Windows and Mac) and it is running the same problem?

I have attached a screen shot of what i can see. In this picture you can see that some of the song choices / mash ups have double line spacing and then some of them do not.

What is confusing is that if I replace all the song choices with just say “Option 1, 2, 3” etc. The line spacing seems to work perfectly fine. Any thoughts?

Hi Ally,

Right…. after exhausting every single solitary thing, I have finally managed to solve the issue. The ‘Inspect Element’ didn’t work because every item in the drop down menu came under the same element and some of the line spacing between each option was different to others.

The solution… the items were being copy and pasted into their corresponding rows… I even tried a bulk copy and paste which also wasn’t working (at least not from a Mac based computer). After typing them all out manually i.e. the long way!!! Everything is working fine.
