Drop Down Menus Not Working in Internet Explorer

The drop down menus are not working in Internet Explorer 9. They’re working fine in Firefox, Chrome and Safari. You can see my form at: http://demo3.ravecommunications.com/testimonials/

Windows 7 Professional SP1. IE 9 does not run well on my PC. Even links on MSN.com to many of their family of sites don’t work correctly or force IE onto “compatibility mode”.

I’ll check the form on other PCs using IE and see if the drop down menus are working on them.
