Drop Downs Not Working

I’ve posted a form on a page using the shortcode. Everything works except the dropdowns. I have changed every form theme and it does not work. Any ideas?

Hi Ally

I unticked “Use Uniform” That fixed the issue. Although, checked, it make the form look much better.
