Dropdown & Datepicker not working within any browser

Hey there,

I understand this may be an issue with my theme js – but would you mind helping me with this?
In forms I am creating, the dropdowns are not working what so ever (even checking it myself) as well as the datepicker is having problems finding past dates, etc.

I have changed the theme and other styles – nothing seems to want to work.
