My form has 3 conditional logic groups. The first 2 groups have nothing but drop downs. The last group consists of 3 single line text fields, an email field and captcha. Only the text fields and email field are in the notification emails. I”m not sure why only one third of the form is being sent. This is a first. I like the form otherwise but I need a quick fix on this.
