Dropdown menu design

Hi,
I would like to know how I can change the design of dropdown menu to look like react form theme.

The other thing is how to make the single line text accept only number and set maximum of input for ex. the user can write only 4 digits numbers.

Thanks a lot it’s works perfect, but this code allow only 4 digits, what i need is max 4 digits .
If that possible will be so perfect .

Yes am using the Input Mask script
like the attachment but it’s accept only 2 digits the minimum option 0 not working with that

Hi there

We are just testing our form as we did it with .mask
but we just had a problem and it’s when click send so it’s did’t accept values with 1 digit it’s working only with 2 digits.
What we need is minimum 1 and maximum 2
