Duplicate Entry??? Database issue.

We are getting a random errors like this over and over again.

In the database, there is plenty of entries. Way beyond 0 entry_id. So not sure what is going on.

Please help.

This happens on every third one or so. Its is very random.

Thanks for the response. Yes were seeing this issue in an older version but we updated to 1.7.3 and still saw it.
