Duplicate forms problem…

I have several forms but this problem is there only on one.
I did the test myself, I change address of reception, always the same problem.
I receive the response to the form in duplicate, as shown in the screenshot… A solution?

Hi,

Can you temporarily enable debug logging, and then submit the form until it triggers the duplicate (or wait for a client to trigger the error)? See what is in the log file, if there is a PHP error it will be logged there.

If you can post a link to the page, I can take a look at the form to see if there is anything unusual. If you are using any custom code hooked to Quform, please send that too.

Also make sure you are using the latest version of the plugin.

Hello Ally.
I too am having a problem with duplicate forms being submitted into the database.
I also am not using ajax mode because it doesn’t seem to work with my theme.
Can you clarify what I need to do to fix this duplicate form problem?
I’m also using Yoast SEO plugin.
