Dynamic EmailAdress & Hide Submit Button

Hi,

2 Questions:

1.
How can I manually type in an EmailAdress?
The Form is build in the Generator, but on the Posts there have to be an option that I can manually type in a custom “To” Email-Adress. Like “[iphorm id=”form” custom-email=”custom@email.com”]”

2.
How can I hide the submit button and “activate” it only if a checkbox is clicked? Like the option for the other fields “Conditional logic”…
