Dynamic form title

Hello,

I’m using Quform on our contact page to enable visitors to send a message directly to a staff member.

I have created one form and use the dynamic parameters to fill in the emailadress of the staff member a visitor picks.

Is there a workaround to have a dynamic title for the form so the first line of the form will be:

You’re sending a message to [name staff member].

Can this be done?
