Dynamic options for Select Fields

Hi

Is it possible to have a external php file, or a custom plugin, with a list of options for a ‘select field’ used several times in the same form?

Maybe using ‘data > Dynamic default value > Parameter name’ I could add the options.
My intention is to update the options and it would update on all the ‘select fields’ at once.
