Dynamic 'recipient' email address

Hi,
Firstly, I love this script, it’s saved me much design and dev time. Here’s my issue:

I have a form with the fields “To Email” and “From Email”. Ideally, once the email is submitted, the recipient would be the “To Email” address and not a predefined address. I’ve tried several workarounds, but all have led to fatal errors. Any help or direction would be greatly appreciated.
