Dynamic value based on other element

How to implement dynamic value triggered from other element ?

Example, i have radio button quform_1_3 with option value A and B.
When user choose A, drop down list quform_1_4 will show option value 1,2,3 and 4. But when user choose B quform_1_4 will show option value 5,6,7 and 8
