E-mail not sent

Hi, I am using quform on godaddy’s hosting. I believe that everything is setup ok, but when the form is processed, the emails are not coming to the desired address.

I get no errors, just the mails don’t arrive to the desired location. I am willing to share my hosting details with you, if you would care to take a look.
