Email Before Download Functionality

I currently use Quform for my contact page. I would also like to use it to perform the basic functionality found in the Email Before Download plugin. This plugin requires Download Monitor and Contact Page 7 in addition to itself to work. Has anyone managed to get Quform to perform the same task? I would like to reduce my security risk surface by minimizing the number of plugins on my site. Thanks.
