Can I add the data from label referring_url to the email default settings (I don’t want it to appear in the subject line). The default email that is sent out right now is exactly what I need except I would like to add the referring_url. I can add the referring url to the email but then my conditional fields all show up as well even the ones that are not selected. examples below:

    Example 1:
Message from your website – Header Schedule Visit Contact Form http://accuquest.com/find-location/mi
    Name Cameron
    Email cpdolife@gmail.com
    Phone 8013181888
    Zip Code 84043
    State California
    Locations List for California CA-Arcadia
How Can We Help ? Just a test… Thank You

    Example 2:
Message from website – Header Schedule Visit Form
    Name: Cameron
    Email: cpdolife@gmail.com
    Phone: 8013181888
    Zip Code: 84043
    State: Michigan

Ok figured out the hidden field but now the referral url is showing up in the body of the email (great this is exactly what i wanted it to do) but however it is also showing up in the subject line. Is there a way to simple remove it from the subject line?

    Thank You!

Go to your form >settings>email and look what you have in the email subject , this variable must be there , remove it
