I have tried every possible combination of every email setting in regards to receiving an email with form submissions. I can get it to work just fine with my gmail email accounts, but if I want an automated email sent to an outlook.com address, there’s nothing – not in the inbox, not in the spam folder. I’ve played with every setting I can in regards to incoming mail in outlook.com – nothing.
I then tried to change the form submission emails to smtp. I tried using the specs for gmail, and outlook smtp servers. Nothing. The form won’t even submit or work at that point. I’ve literally tried everything, including editing the php.ini file.
I need help. I need form submissions to arrive in outlook.com mailboxes. I am hoping using smtp will solve this, but I can’t even get that to work.
