I have created a quoting form on our website. I have used conditional logic to separate form sections for different products. When a person chooses to just fill out their contact info & submit OR when they select the product “Other” and submit, an email is send to the correct recipients with no problem.
When a person selects the products Auto, Home, and Home & Auto and hits Submit, no email is sent.
Do you have any solution to this problem? Please let me know if you need more info.
Hello – I contacted my host and asked if they could “lessen” the spam filter on my email for the form. They said they can take care of that for me, so that may fix my issue. Also, I sent you an email earlier, which you can now disregard. Thank you!
