Email Notification not working

I’ve recently installed and created a form. While testing the form, I am not receiving an email notification. I’ve tried Email sending method PHP mail() and SMTP for gmail. I also used your troubleshoot steps #1-4 with no luck.

What other support or tips can you offer? It’s crucial I have email notification for the submissions.
