ParticipantHello there!
We’re trying to set up a form which, upon submission from end users, sends two emails:
– One email to our email account to let us know that a new submission has been entered
– One email to the end user, to acknowledge good reception of their submissionThe entries appear perfectly in the Quform WP dashboard, but the email notifications do not seem to go through. We want to set up the SMTP through GMail and followed this guide: https://support.themecatcher.net/quform-wordpress/guides/email/using-gmail-as-the-smtp-server and tried to debug using this: https://support.themecatcher.net/quform-wordpress/troubleshooting/common-problems/not-receiving-notification-email
We then used the debug logging process and the following error message shows up (still when setting things up with Gmail): https://www.dropbox.com/s/6iqcvlt67v2uh0v/quform-error-message.png?dl=0
Tried to look for other forum topics, but couldn’t find the solution.
Could definitely use your help to help pinpoint where we’re setting things up the wrong way!
Thanks in advance for your help.
Cheers,
PW

ParticipantThanks. Will give it a stab. Looks like Bluehost might not be allowing the Open SSL at the moment. Will keep you posted.
