Email Notifications not sending using Office 365

I have been using Quform on my client’s site for some time now. I was initially using phpMail to send the notification emails. They are now using Microsoft Office365 for their email and we recently discovered that they hadn’t been receiving the notifications for a few months. I’ve tried switching them over to using SMTP but am still unable to get the emails to send. I’ve gone through the troubleshooting and am still getting errors.

After installing the WP-MAIL-SMTP plugin, this is the error I receive.

I’ve checked and double checked the SMTP settings and everything seems to be correct. Please help!
