It was really easy to set up the forms and all settings. I am experiencing issues with the submitted form values showing in email notifications: whenever a multiple choice, drop down or checkbox is used, the form field will show in the email notification and not the answer to the field – how can that be fixed to reflect the answer the visitor has given.
