ParticipantI am having the same problem and the issue is that when you have soo many customers making inquiries on multiple sites this is not practical. Is there a better solution to this?

ParticipantAlly,
That is not a good solution here when you have 100 + people filling out forms on various sites daily. Please provide a solution that would work here as the solution above is not only impractical but end users cannot do this all the time or sometimes have no idea how to do so.
We need a simple solution here to resolve this.
