Emails not being delivered when new form completed

I use the form on a taxi website and recently the emails to alert of a new booking haven’t been going through. Any idea as to what I can do to fix this?

Confirmation emails are going out fine to the customer, just the emails to my client are not being delivered which is a pretty serious problem!
