Emails not being sent

Hi guys so I’m running QUForm and its not sending emails and I’m really stumped as to whats causing it.

Are you going to give me an answer here or what your PAID plugin is broken and needs support

I’ve had to take QUForm down and run contact form 7 while this is broken.
