Emails not including attachments – Conflict with WPSQT plugin

I’ve found an interesting bug. The below linked plugin (WPSQT) – when activated – messes with my auto-generated emails sent from Quform. The emails either do not end up where they are supposed to, or the attachments are not included. I disabled all plugins on my site and discovered this issue. When WPSQT is disabled, all of my emails are sent successfully, attachments included. *Send help!*

EDIT: I’ve contacted the WPSQT developers regarding this conflict and have not heard back.

I disabled the flash uploader and it worked! I’ll leave it disabled until the next Quform update.
