Emails not reaching Clients inbox

HI,

I am long-time Quform user but I am having a problem. The emails are not getting to my client or me as an additional recipient. They are only going into WordPress. See my video.

Thanks so much, I try it out. I wonder why that happens since I use Quform on all of my clients sites.

Hi,
Thanks again, I made the changes but I got an error message which I don’t see now. that said I had to do something with SPF record and suggested DMARK.
