Emails stopped sending

In the past week or two the emails that have always been sent from our Quform have stopped.

Everything else send fine but the notifications never fires off. I have tested other forms and they work fine. I can send test email from the server without issue.

I changed the email address in quform and still would not be sent

What else can I try ?
