Enable conditional recipients

I guess i did not make this okay, i don´t get it to send replay mail from the notification tab…
I guess that i did mixed up the Enable conditional recipients, i want when they choose from the drop down field to send to right apartment from the field Elige Apartamento.

I will export the form, i did not make any special with it….

Hello, ok, so far so good, but it does not send to Recipient mail, To or Reply-To mail…
Maybe it can´t when you have conditional recipients…!!!
