Error adding the element

i ve just installed quform on my web site http://www.compenseo.fr
there was some incompatibilities with other pugins that i had to desactivate.
now it’s running, but each time i want to build a form by dropping an element i ve got this error message: “Error adding the element”
what can i do?

I also have the same problem my website works with WordPress 3.8. Have you found a solution to this problem?

I am also having this issue. I have the same admin username and pw as my previous inquiry sent to info@themecatcher.net if you are able to assist with this.
