"Error adding the element" when adding Dropbox

Hi there,

I’ve got a problem with my quforms installation. For unkown reason I can’t add dropbox item into the form. Everything else works fine,adding any field of other type works perfectly.

I’ve tried to disable all plugins and even changed the theme, but the problem persists. I’ve deleted quforms and re-uploaded it, not fixed.

What could be the problem? how can I solve this ?
I’m using WP 3.8

Thanks for your reply. All ticks are green, and I’ve enabled the debug loggin. I get no error besides other errors I had and fixed – so now the log is empty and not producing more error.
But still gets the same error when adding the dropbox.

by the way, I do not get email notification of your replies.
