Error "An error occurred submitting the form" displays

I moved my website to BlueHost server, and got this error just after submitted the form.

I tried the “https://support.themecatcher.net/quform-wordpress/troubleshooting/common-problems/an-error-occurred-submitting-the-form”, but still displays the error. Got any idea?
