Error saving form

Hi,

When I try to save a form, after a change, I get an error message.
Error saving the form.
No plugins were added. Everything was working as always. As for the last 2 years.
Only thing added is google pagespeed mod.
Front end works perfectly.

Please let me know how to proceed
