Error saving form

Hello,

I’ve got a problem with the WordPress plugin. After saving the, I get the error message: “Error saving the form”. The same as described here: https://support.themecatcher.net/forums/topic/error-saving-form-3

What I’ve done:
– Downloaded the latest version of the plugin.
– Deactivated alle the plugins except QuForm.
– Deactivated my Genesis theme and activated Twenty Twelve.

I’m still getting the error. My server information:

PHP versie 5.3.17
MySQL versie 5.1.65
Wordpress versie 4.3
GD afbeelding library Available
FreeType Library Available
mbstring Extensie Available

It’s a Dutch WordPress version.

Can you help me?
