Error submitting the form

Hello,

I have 2 forms on my site. Both of them were working fine 2 days ago, no problem.

But, since 1 day, I’m getting this error when submitting :

“An error occurred submitting the form”

I dont understand what is going on.

Could you have a look please ?

For the record, I ve tried to disable all plugins but Quform and it didn’t work.

OK it is working today .. Even if I didn’t do anything ! Weird ..
