ERROR The form is not loaded. (on new server)

I’m getting an error on the page where the form should appear, it gives this warning:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function mb_strlen() in /home/animavideo/public_html/wp-content/plugins/iphorm-form-builder/includes/CSSParser/CSSParser.php on line 25

PS: I changed my wordpress from a shared host to a VPS Server, I moved the entire WordPress folder (including the database) to the new server. Everything is normal, including the Quform Admin. But no form being displayed

I tried to re-install the plugin updated, but the problem is still the same.
