Error when clicking send

I’ve tested this on our testing server but when moving it to our live server I get the following error:

Fatal error: Uncaught exception ‘phpmailerException’ with message ‘Could not instantiate mail function.’ in C:\myProject\roleName\quform\lib\class.phpmailer.php:952

As I’m not very familiar with PHP, is this something anyone can help with?
