Error when sending a message with Quform

Hi Geniuses here!

My contact page fails to send messages to my email address. If I try I get :
Sorry, but the page you requested could not be found. Perhaps searching will help.

It worked before I sadly played with Settings/Permalinks, CDN, other stuffs updated WordPress to 3.8. I don’t know if it is the cause however.

I noticed that when this error occurs, the url is quite strange :

Should it be caused by some rewrite rules I don’t understand (I don’t play with that by myself, only let the plugins manage it)?

I tried to recreate my contact form in the Quform panel and update my contact page with the new Quform form ID, but I still have this message.

I don’t know which page is not found, as it should just display a successful message on the top of the same page.
