Error with form – could not instantiate mail function

Hi there,

Our form is having an issue sending mail.

Based on other threads thought the issue may be with host. They have demonstrated that test script is working from our domain.

Any help greatly appreciated!!

I have moved to SMTP based on other threads. I’ve changed this on two forms.

Now both emails seem to be working, information is going to database correctly but one form is showing this error.

There was a problem: An ajax error occured

Cannot isolate where the problem is. Any help appreciated.
