error with submit

when we press the send button nothing happens.

attachments are downloaded but we do not receive requests. there is no message about the successful sending of the message. just an endless send indicator.

and if you go under the administrator all works.

we noticed that when sending bugging errors, if you look at the developer console in the browser. at what both for the simple user and for the administrator.

we tried to disconnect plug-ins, we reinstalled your plug-in, we also tried to change the template, but it did not help us.

If you turn off the ajax for the form then it works but we do not work out the field to send files.
