Experiencing "Error occured during submitting form"

Hello,

I’m currently experiencing errors with submitting forms via quforms. It says “Error occured during submitting form”

I’ve enabled debug log and nothing pops up regarding the form.

I’m at a lost! Please help.

Welp. Of course after I submitted this, everything works again. I didn’t make any changes on my end so perhaps it was a server thing. I’ll contact them to make sure. Please close.
