Export in Vbulletin

My question is :

Whenever a person filled out the contact form, it is automatically sent to my Vbulletin forum into a section provided for this purpose.

I just wanted to know if it was possible to do this kind of thing.

I have contacted vBulleitn developers in order to know if there is a newer tutorial to create a thread in VB.
