Export – Just show selected options

Hi,
I have 10 options to client select, but in my export file (converted to excel) I need to have only he’s selection.

example:
fields:
A – B -C – D

the client select the field C
in my export files, shows: A – B – C* -D
I need to have only the C in it,

It’s any chance do do it ?

but I need that he export only the filled forms
