Exporting Entries not working

Hi,
I want to export my entries from a particular form. when I go to the export tab, I’m able to choose the form. after that nothing happens. there is no more choices. I’m I missing something?

Hi Allan,
I have attached an image of what my screen looks like. I have not options to choose fields to export.

Same problem, all plugins disabled makes no difference. I am sure someone might respond in a week or 2.
