Exporting entries to Excel 2007 the date format is not correct

When I export the entries to Excel 2007 and select the “All option” . The Date and Las modified should be the dates that wordpress stores. But when I open the excel the date is an integer and not the date. And when I change the cell type to date, it is also incorrect ¿Why? How do I solve it?

My Qform configuration is Locale: Spain ,
RTL support Autodetect,
Date & time format (JS) dd/MM/yyyy hh ss
Date & time format (PHP) d/m/Y H i
