The whole reason for obtaining Quform was to be able to enter data into our database from user forms automatically… with that being said we are far from satisfied thus far.
We have a MySQL database that we host outside of the wordpress install that we would like the form information to go into. There a many fields on the form, if you would like to see it please feel free to do so here:
http://makefreedom.com/SFS/forms/secured-party-creditor-form/The fields as far as we know are mapped properly as far as we know (image attached).
The error we receive in the debug.log is as follows:
[20-Jul-2013 09:47:42] WordPress database error Query was empty for query made by require(‘wp-blog-header.php’), require_once(‘wp-load.php’), require_once(‘wp-config.php’), require_once(‘wp-settings.php’), do_action(‘wp_loaded’), call_user_func_array, iphorm_process_form_ajax, iphorm_process_form
Please help we would like to be fully satisfied with your product.

One of the fields was “% to Beneficiaries” it was the % sign that was killing the whole form submittable. This should really be laid out in your documentation that you cannot use special characters. We wasted many hours on a silly issue that could have been solved easily with the knowledge henceforth.
