facebook pixel event when submit button is clicked

I am wanting to track a Facebook pixel event when a form is submitted – the script that needs to run looks like this:

What’s the best way to accomplish this in Quform?

I tried it, but don’t seem to be working. Should I configure something on Facebook Event Manager, or the code should send automaticaly an event ?
