Fancy Box Pop Up

I had a Fancy Box pop up window working in QuForm yesterday but it isn’t working today. I updated my WordPress theme (The 7) – not sure if that had anything to do with it.

Also, I have a lot of text for the Fancy box and if you scroll through the text some of it get’s blocked out with a big white box.
